The Technology Research Intern is responsible for assisting the technology department in researching and compiling data on the latest trends, innovations, and developments in the technology industry. The intern will work closely with senior staff to provide support in the creation of research reports, presentations, and analysis that inform decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Research Assistance: Conduct thorough and detailed research on various technology topics, including emerging technologies, industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments. Data Analysis: Assist in the analysis of research data and contribute to the development of insights and strategies.

Report Generation: Help in creating detailed reports and presentations that summarize research findings in a clear and concise manner. Innovation Tracking: Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and innovations, attending webinars, workshops, and industry events as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with team members from various departments to assist in research-related tasks and projects. Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in technology trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification. Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast). Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales. Analytics: Measure and report on the success of every social media campaign. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.

Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research. Good understanding of social media KPIs. Familiarity with web design and publishing. The Econometrics Consultant is responsible for designing and implementing advanced statistical models to analyze economic data and trends. This role involves working closely with clients, including rating agencies, to develop robust metrics and provide insights that inform policy, strategy, and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Development: Develop and maintain econometric models for forecasting and analysis of economic trends.
Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources to inform model development and provide actionable insights. Metrics Development: Work with clients, especially rating agencies, to develop tailored metrics and benchmarks for performance evaluation. Reporting & Presentation: Communicate complex econometric concepts and findings to non-technical audiences through reports and presentations. Consultancy: Provide expert advice and consultancy services to clients on economic trends, risk analysis, and financial modeling. Requirements:

Advanced degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience in econometric modeling and data analysis. Experience working with rating agencies and developing relevant metrics. Strong knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, Python). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts.

The Dashboard Developer is responsible for creating and managing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. This role involves translating business needs into technical specifications, designing, building, and deploying BI solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard Design: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. Data Integration: Connect dashboards to various data sources, ensuring accurate and timely data representation.
User Training: Train and support users on how to navigate and use BI tools effectively. Maintenance & Updates: Maintain, update, and troubleshoot dashboards and reports regularly. Best Practices Implementation: Stay updated with the latest trends in dashboard development and implement best practices in data visualization. Requirements:

Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist, with specific skills in Tableau and Power BI. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data warehouse technologies. Experience in data modeling and data architecture. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively. Good communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
